Hello,
September is shaping up to be what I can only call a bloody busy month. First it’s back to school (can I admit to how much I resent the totality of that routine?), then my birthday, H’s birthday, our 25th anniversary party. Oh, and I’m trying to finish a book. I realise I’ve been saying that for about six months now, but I really do mean it. It’s just that my head is so full of other thoughts that I think it might explode at some point in the very near future.
Bring on our retreat! I am so looking forward to smoothing down a little nest for all of us in the first week of October, and getting down to some serious rest, just as begin to feel the breath of winter here in the northern hemisphere. Just the thought of it makes these coming weeks seem almost bearable.
